By commissioning me, you agree to all of the conditions described below.
GENERAL
- I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason including subject, deadline, etc.
- Turnaround time will vary but generally take between 2-6 weeks depending on complexity of your commission. Status updates are offered frequently but additional check ins can be requested.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment is accepted through Paypal invoice only.
- Full payment is required for any commissions under $150.
- For commissions above $150, commissioners can pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% once the initial sketch has been approved.
- Refunds are not available after approval for color/painting has been given.
- In all other cases, refunds are only available for work not yet completed on your commission.RIGHTS TO COMMISSIONED WORK
- I retain all rights to my work which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or otherwise use the image for self-promotion.
- Your commissioned artwork may be resized or cropped for use in icons, wallpapers, or other graphics in a non-commercial format. You may not alter the artwork itself.
- You are welcome to upload your commissioned artwork to any and all social media platforms and share as desired but please always provide credit for the work.
- You are NOT allowed to use my work to train AI or edit it with AI.
